You have a standard return window of seven (7) calendar days starting from the date you receive your package according to the courier delivery tracking. To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must remain unopened, unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition that it was delivered to you. The item must also be returned in its original product packaging along with any protective seals, user manuals, documentation, and complementary accessories that accompanied the original shipment. A valid order confirmation number, receipt, or proof of payment is required before any return request can be reviewed or processed.
Certain product categories are strictly exempt from return or refund due to safety, sanitary, and operational limitations. Any item that has had its protective hygiene seal broken, products that show clear signs of use, items that have deteriorated due to improper customer handling, customized items, promotional gift items, and clearance sale purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for covering all standard shipping costs associated with returning the item back to our facility. Original shipping fees and delivery surcharges are non-refundable and will be excluded from any calculated refund amount. We strongly advise utilizing a traceable courier service or purchasing parcel transit protection when sending items back, as Jointactivasia cannot accept liability for return packages lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
If you receive a package that arrived damaged, defective, or containing an incorrect item, you must notify our customer service team at padubiudagang@gmail.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Your email must include your order details along with clear, unedited photographs or video footage displaying the defective product and the shipping parcel label. Upon prompt verification, Jointactivasia will arrange an expedited product replacement or issue a full refund at no additional shipping expense to you.
Once your returned product is received at our inspection center, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to verify that all return conditions have been satisfied. We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately and credited directly back to your original payment method. Depending on your credit card provider, bank, or payment gateway processing timeline, it generally takes between five (5) to ten (10) business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
